If you cancel your policy on the same day of your purchase, you will get a full refund. Otherwise, you get a partial refund based on how many days you have left to your policy. For example, if you have purchased a 1-year policy and 30 days have passed, we will do a partial refund for the remaining 335 days. The percentage of the partial refund will be the percentage of the remaining days of your policy.
Yasmina DMCC may, at its sole discretion, amend these Terms at any time. Therefore, whenever you wish to use our Website/Application, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed by, the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, or arising from or related to the use of our Website/Application, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Saudi Arabia.
