Partnerships
Customer Success Manager (Riyadh or Amman)
Yasmina AI is an insurtech company building embedded insurance infrastructure. Our APIs let partner platforms offer insurance products, pricing, and policies from leading insurers directly inside their own customer journeys. We're a fast-moving team, and this is a key early hire who will shape how we win, onboard, and support our partners.
About the role
You'll own the partner relationship end to end: from the first conversation where you make sure a prospective partner understands what we do and how it fits their business, through contract signature, onboarding and integration, to go-live and beyond. Once a partner is live, you're their single point of contact — the person who hears every question, request, and issue first and makes sure it gets resolved. You'll spend most of your time talking to partners, not managing internal roadmaps.
What you'll do
- Walk prospective partners through what Yasmina does, how the integration works, and what they need to get started
- Drive the contract to signature, coordinating with the founders and legal on terms and follow-ups
- Own onboarding: build the plan, track every step (technical integration, testing, insurer setup, operational readiness), and make sure it completes on time
- Be the primary point of contact for live partners, handling day-to-day communication and escalations
- Log, relay, and follow up on partner issues, requests, and feedback with the founding team and product until they're closed
- Translate partner input into clear, actionable context for product and prioritisation discussions
- Build simple, repeatable processes for how partners are onboarded and how communication is tracked as we scale
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or partner management in B2B SaaS, fintech, or insurtech
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Proven track record owning client relationships from signature through onboarding — you've run onboardings before, not just supported them
- Strong written communication and relentless follow-up; you're the person who makes sure things don't get dropped
- Comfortable with APIs and integrations at a conceptual level — able to understand and accurately relay technical issues without being an engineer
- Commercially aware: comfortable discussing scope, timelines, and contract terms with senior stakeholders on the partner side
- Thrives in early-stage ambiguity and prefers building a process to following one
- Based in or willing to relocate to Amman, Jordan; occasional travel to Saudi Arabia
Nice to have
- Insurance or insurance distribution experience in the GCC
- Experience working with Saudi partners or clients
